Steel-armoured Cat.6A Patch Cable - thin, reliable, durable
The new, steel-armoured Cat.6A patch cable from TTL Network has a diameter of just 3.8 mm. It is 45% smaller than other comparable patch cords, it also takes up half the space in server cabinets. The steel-armoured patch cable ensures high packing density and tidy cable management in many applications - including rodent protection!
Due to its small cable diameter and the special construction of the steel jacket, the steel armoured Cat.6A patch cable from TTL Network offers even more advantages: It is extremely flexible and allows a much smaller bending radius than a standard patch cable. The smooth surface reduces cable clutters and ensures improved air circulation and cooling in the server cabinet.
With these good qualities the steel-armoured Cat.6A patch cable is perfectly suited for use in industrial environments, in the home office or in test or storage rooms. Even at events because the thin patch cord is inconspicuous and proves to be very resistant: it easily withstands frequent stresses.
For rodent protection applications, TTL Network's new steel armoured patch cables are also reliable: The metallic armouring of the Cat.6A cable protects against rodent attacks at all times.
Optimum conductivity is ensured by the two RJ45 plugs: their 50 micron gold plating protects them against oxidation or corrosion, thus preventing signal losses. Each of the steel-armoured Cat.6A patch cables has been tested in the Cat.6A Channel, and the test protocols are included.

HDMI Active Optical Cable of the new generation
The HDMI D Active Optical Cable is a plug & play cable that can be adapted with HDMI A and DVI D connectors. It transmits HDMI and DVI signals quickly and lossless over a distance of up to 100 meters and delivers a brilliant image quality.
With its slim, compact connectors with a high-quality metal housing and a thin, flexible cable, it is ideal for many, even critical, AV installations. With a pulling capsule the installation is additionally facilitated.
The HDMI A and DVI D adapters are not directional and can be used on both sides. They can be quickly and easily locked with the HDMI D plugs of the cable.

TTLan® HDBaseT 5Play Cat.6A S/FTP UltraFlex Patch Cable
The TTLan® HDBaseT 5Play patch cable ensures excellent transmission quality for short and long transmission distances from 0.5 to 30 meters - even with high-resolution 4K image quality.
The patch cable allows fast and direct connection of the HDBaseT hardware. RJ45 connectors are fitted with specially designed triple blade contacts. In combination with the rigid inner conductor of the cable, they ensure a reliable connection.
The overmold of the connectors ensures a firm strain relief and thus for a reduction of cable damage due to mechanical stress.
The cable sheath material is flexible, UV and oil resistant, flame retardant, and makes the cable highly resistant to stress. These properties make it ideally suited for applications in industrial and outdoor environments.

EMI-SAFE - TTL Network patent
The safe for DVI connections
With our EMI-SAFE we have developed a new patented clip system for electromagnetically compatible connections. Two symmetrical housing shells surround the connection like a safe. Hereby, the shells interlock by a sophisticated precisely fitting tooth system and form a closed unit. As a result, the housing construction provides a 360° EMC shielding.
Usually, modular housings in conjunction with a connector contain a lot of components. This leads to a complex, and cost-intensive production. Whereas, EMI-SAFE is constructed in only two identical shells which realize a EMC proof housing for DVI connectors, including the possibility for a reassembly.
The housing shells of EMI-SAFE are made of high-quality, conductive zinc die-casting that makes them extremely stable and durable. Further, geometry and material thickness of the shells are absolutely identical. This does not lead to any leaks in the seam area.
For EMI-SAFE are three different cable outlets available:
8.8 mm cable diameter
10.9 mm cable diameter
12 mm cable diameter
During the assembly, the plug is firmly fixed in the housing by means of a clip, without the need for soldering or the use of tools. Now, the housing shell is tightly closed by the patented tooth system – and can be easily opened again for an error correction.
EMI-SAFE has been developed and patented in closed collaboration with a German engineer, and is also produced in Germany.

The new TTLan® Cat.6A keystone jack, and an AWG22 - AWG26 cable – more is not required to perform a quick, and reliable assembly. For the new jack by TTL Network is to be assembled mounting-friendly without any tool. Further, it provides an ideal slime line design: Its special compact keystone formate of 19.2 x 14.7mm even enables a triple-loading in 50 x 50 mm plates.

The HDMI D 2.0 AOC hybrid cable is an optical Plug & Play cable which can be adapted to various applications with HDMI A and DVI D plugs. It transfers HDMI and DVI signals without any loss over distances up to 100 meters.
Equipped with slim, compact plugs, and a flexible cable it is perfectly suited for a lot of AV installations. A cable pulling capsule is further useful to pull the cable undamaged through conduits.
The HDMI A and DVI D adapters are not directional and can be plugged on both sides. The adapters are simply pushed onto the HDMI D connectors and fixed with a screw.

The network isolator is used for galvanic isolation in Ethernet networks and protection of highly sensitive systems against external influences, such as voltage damages or short-circuits.
Ageing processes, installation faults, lightning or humidity – all those scenarios may cause an electrical connection between copper-based network cabling and connected devices, which leads to potential differences, and, in the end, to device damages as a result of overvoltage.
Intermediated between the devices, our network isolator serves for preventing devices and users from transient overvoltage up to 4kV.
Many test organisations require galvanic isolation within the framework of security certification – in particular for the medical industry. However, network galvanic isolators are increasingly used in industry and aerospace, but also in private homes. Our new RJ45 network isolator provides an excellent topology: It galvanically isolates Ethernet networks IEE803.2 10/100/1000 Base T according to EN 60601-1.
The TTL network isolator is equipped with a RJ45 socket, a cable length of 15 centimeters and a shielded RJ45 plug. Moreover, the network isolator convinces with its flame retarding housing.
With all these properties, the TTL network isolator is ideally suitable for the protection of patients from dangerous rays by usage of medical devices as well as to the prevention of electrical hum or overvoltage. In metrology it is used to protect against external and interference voltage, and in audio technology against network hum.
