The flexible professional video cable for moving applications
When broadcasters, broadcast service providers and event technicians convert their equipment to 4K UltraHD, they can hardly avoid 12G SDI video cables. They offer the effective, uncompressed transmission of HD SDI, 3G SDI and 12G SDI signals that this high video resolution requires.
Thanks to the optimum attenuation properties, even the 12G SDI signals are reliably transported over a maximum distance of 56 metres. The cable is also assembled with special 75 Ω BNC connectors, which are also ideal for 4K UltraHD image resolution thanks to their excellent return loss values.
The flexible, reelable coaxial cable comes with a compact diameter of 7.7 mm. The inner conductor made of pure copper has a double, flexible CU braided shield. And with its strong polyethylene insulation, the cable can even withstand temperatures of up to -30°C. Nothing stands in the way of its use in transmission towers.
The UltraFlex 12G SDI video cable is available in lengths from 0.5 to 15 metres, special designs are available on request.
