We are highly automated in cable assembly
From automatic wire cutting, stripping, crimping and soldering, to the manufacture of trunk cables, RJ45 patch cable assembly, labelling, heat-shrink tubing, IDC connectors, overmoulding, component assembly, power cables, cable harnesses, (UV) bonding and advanced EMI capabilities, we can develop the product you need.

With a broad-based engineering team with access to CAD, CAM, simulation and rapid prototyping, we prepare the data for electronic production, PCB production, SMD and THT assembly, (zinc) injection moulding, toolmaking and sheet metal processing and turn your enquiry into a product ready for series production.

Pinout tests, bending tests, torsion tests, mating cycle tests, temperature cycle tests, ageing tests, fluorescence spectrophotometer, tensile testing machines, pull-out force / holding force tests, EN50399 CPR burning test, UL CM&CMG vertical flame test machine, IEC 60332 No1 vertical flame test machine, flame test machine according to UL1581/2556, microscope, MicroGraph system (CrimpCrossSection), etc. 

Last but not least, we use engraving, labelling and laser marking systems to ensure customer-specific labelling and packaging, even in the long term.
