Our Industrial Ethernet components are specially adapted to the harsh environment in industrial plants. M12 X-coded adapters and connectors, robust Cat.6A field assembly connectors and connection cables in various configurations ensure reliable, safe and trouble-free operation.
Hitze, Schmutz, Feuchtigkeit, Vibrationen oder Erschütterungen: das sind nur einige Anforderungen, denen Netzwerkkomponenten in industriellen Kommunikationsnetzwerken standhalten müssen. Unser neues Industrial Ethernet-Portfolio leistet dies und erlaubt zugleich die Übertragung großer Datenmengen mit Gigabit-Geschwindigkeit.
Die M12X-kodierte Buchse auf RJ45 Buchse verbindet dafür als Adapter RJ45-Anschlüsse aus dem Officebereich mit dem M12x-Code der Feldebene. Zudem lassen sich mit dem zweiteiligen, X-kodierten TTLan M12 Cat.6A Feldkonfektionsstecker hochwertige Anschlussleitungen konfektionieren, die ebenfalls Datenvolumen bis zu 10 GBit/s in den Industrial Ethernet-Netzwerken übertragen. Nach der unkomplizierten, werkzeuglosen Kabelinstallation werden die beiden Steckerteile dafür einfach wieder miteinander verschraubt.
Auch der TTLan Cat.6A Feldkonfektionsstecker Ultrakompaktversion eignet sich zur schnellen, werkzeuglosen Konfektion vor Ort. Er erlaubt die Montage mit Massivdraht in den Querschnitten AWG 26 – 22 sowie mit Litzenkabel in den Querschnitten AWG 27 – 22. Der geschirmte RJ45 Stecker mit 50µ Goldauflage überzeugt zudem durch beste Übertragungswerte und EMV-Eigenschaften im industriellen Umfeld. Er hält mehr als 750 Steckzyklen stand – und für besondere Einbausituationen mit geringem Platzvorkommen ist der TTLan® Cat.6A Feldkonfektionsstecker Stecker auch mit 90° Winkel verfügbar.
Of course, we also provide ready-made connection cables in our Industrial Ethernet product range: The M12 X-coded, shielded connection cable with M12 to M12 plug is also available with a 90° angled M12 plug or with an RJ45 plug. Even the variant with a 90° angled M12 connector to RJ45 connector provides the portfolio. Thus, damage to the connection cable can be avoided simply by selecting the connection plug with the optimal angle.
