Shipping and Handlings Rates

Parcels of up to 30 kg are exclusively shipped through DPD parcel service. These are insured against damage, loss or theft. DPD delivers from Monday to Saturday.  

These shipping and handling rates apply:

• Standard shipping for orders to € 50 is € 2.90 including 19% VAT.

• Shipping is free for orders from € 50 within Germany and from € 150 within Europe, valid only for privat customer

• Express shipping within Germany (delivery as late as 12 PM the following day): € 30.00 including 19% VAT

• Cash on delivery shipping within Germany: € 2.90 plus € 4.50 COD charge and € 2.00 delivery charge payable to DHL including 19% VAT

• International shipping (only standard shipping is available)

  • Zone 1 (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg): € 23.00 including 19% VAT

  • Zone 2 (Austria): € 24.00 including 19% VAT

  • Zone 3 (Denmark, Switzerland, Liechtenstein): € 26.00 including 19% VAT

  • Zone 4 (France, Monaco): € 31.00 including 19% VAT

  • Zone 5 (Great Britain): € 33.00 including 19% VAT

  • Zone 6 (Italy): € 36.00 including 19% VAT

  • Zone 7 (Poland, Hungary): € 43.00 including 19% VAT

  • Zone 8 (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia): € 46.00 including 19% VAT
