Orders based on our website www.ttl-network.de can be placed in writing, via e-mail or fax. When ordering through our online shop, a contract is concluded when the summary the order transaction is confirmed by clicking the “submit order” button.

3. Delivery and Delivery Proviso

We deliver to all countries stated in our shipping costs overview. Please inquire about shipping costs to other countries before placing an order if applicable.

4. Product Price

All prices are ex stock Halle, Westphalia (Germany), excluding sales tax, packing, transportation charges, postage, insurance and other shipping costs.

5. Payment Methods

We accept these payment methods:

• Advance payment/ bank transfer: Articles will be shipped after the invoice total has been completely booked to our account.

• PayPal: Articles will be shipped after the invoice total has been completely booked to our PayPal account.

• Cash on delivery: You are paying to the shipping company. In this case, there might be additional costs for the delivery. Please refer to our shipping costs overview.

• On account: We have to enable this option for you. Please register with our online shop. The “On account” option will be activated at short notice.

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.

6. Warranty Conditions

The warranty period for new goods is 2 years for consumers and 1 year for businesses. No warranty claims exceeding those legally determined are accepted.

a) All individuals and businesses having full legal capacity can register as users under the precondition of accurately giving all information required in the registration form. Please follow the instructions in the form.

b) There is no claim to accessing our online shop.

c) It is mandatory to update all information that has changed since registration immediately on the next use of our online shop.

d) Providing incorrect information during registration or failing to update your data can lead to exclusion with immediate effect.

e) You alone are responsible for the security of your password. Forwarding it to a third party is prohibited. The password must be used exclusively used for accessing www.ttl-network.de/shop. You are obliged to change it immediately if the password should become known to unauthorized persons.
